The day after the socialist regime falls, there can be no illusions: without justice and freedom, there will be no recovery. Venezuela must start with two urgent moves — the creation of a special court to punish crimes and the full restoration of economic liberty and private property. Everything else builds from there.

Here is our ten-point plan to rebuild Venezuela with U.S. partnership — a plan where both countries win, socialism is buried for good, and opportunity rises from the ruins.

1. Create a Nuremberg-Style Tribunal
Form a special court, with international support, to prosecute crimes against humanity, grand corruption, and narcotics trafficking. Hunt criminals inside and outside Venezuela. Recover billions in stolen public funds hidden abroad and return them to the people. This is the foundation of the Rule of Law through strong republican institutions.

2. Guarantee the Right to Self-Defense
Given the urgent need to protect life and property, and to ensure that no politician can ever again strip citizens of their personal freedom, Venezuelans must have the legal right to own and carry firearms. An armed citizenry will be able to defend itself from crime, organized gangs, and any future attempt at tyranny.

3. Restore Economic Freedom and Private Property
Eliminate every legal and de facto barrier to economic activity. Fully restore the right to personal and private property — homes, businesses, land, and savings. Guarantee protection for investors and enforce contracts. This will create the conditions to attract large-scale U.S. investment in oil, gas, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology, sparking rapid growth and job creation.

4. Privatize to rebuild the Energy Sector
Partner with U.S. energy companies to restart oil production, modernize refineries, and expand output to over 3 million barrels per day. Direct oil revenues to rebuild infrastructure, healthcare, and essential services.

5. Develop Mining and Critical Minerals
End criminal mining. Invite U.S. companies to extract gold, iron, aluminum, and rare minerals responsibly, with environmental safeguards and transparent royalties.

6. Unlock Natural Gas and Renewables
Develop Venezuela’s vast natural gas reserves and restore its hydroelectric capacity. Invite U.S. firms to build LNG terminals, pipelines, and renewable energy projects that cut blackouts and power industry.

7. Stabilize the Economy Without U.S. Aid
Finance recovery with oil revenues, private investment, recovered assets, and international loans — not American taxpayer money. The U.S. can help by unfreezing Venezuelan reserves and supporting debt restructuring.

8. Crush Narco-Trafficking and Foreign Interference
Work with U.S. and Colombian forces to dismantle drug cartels, expel Cuban, Russian, and Iranian operatives, and shut down terrorist networks.

9. Modernize Infrastructure and Services
Award major contracts to rebuild roads, ports, power grids, hospitals, and water systems — with U.S. engineering and technology leading the way.

10. Anchor Venezuela in the Free Hemisphere
Integrate Venezuela into regional security and economic alliances alongside the U.S., ensuring it stays a reliable ally and a barrier to hostile powers in the hemisphere.

Conclusion
The day after the regime falls must be the day Venezuela starts winning again. Justice first, freedom second, and growth right behind — with U.S. support, Venezuela will rise as a secure, resource-rich partner and a living proof that socialism fails and liberty wins.
